This document outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the coba8 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by coba8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To register and use coba8, you must meet the following requirements:

2 Account Creation, Login & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on coba8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
Coba8 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account until such a report has been received and verified.
Coba8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
Users are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication to protect their accounts. coba8 is not liable for any loss arising from a user's failure to secure their login credentials.
3 User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the coba8 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following strictly prohibited activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, match manipulation, or any attempt to cheat the coba8 system.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems or data of other users.
- Using information obtained from the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit and valid authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and where necessary, legal action.
4 Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the coba8 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). coba8 does not accept direct payment in foreign currencies; any currency conversion is solely the responsibility of the user and their financial service provider.
The general terms governing transactions are as follows:
- Deposit: Deposits are processed via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed in the Wallet section of your account.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests can only be processed once identity verification is complete. coba8 reserves the right to temporarily withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
- Processing Times: Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method and system conditions. coba8 does not guarantee exact processing times but will endeavour to process transactions within the stated timeframe.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to a technical error or inaccurate information, coba8 will make reasonable efforts to return the funds within a reasonable timeframe. However, coba8 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
5 Account Suspension Policy, Liability Limits & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Coba8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated for terms violations are not entitled to a refund of any balance involved in the relevant activity.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.
Liability Limits & External Links
Coba8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control. coba8's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
The coba8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. coba8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6 Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and visual elements found on the coba8 platform are the exclusive property of coba8 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from coba8.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
